| William "Bill" Earl Wilfong went home to be with Jesus on Tuesday, surrounded by family. He was born in McCrory, Ark, the son of William Rosco and Minnie (Rice) Wilfong. He grew up in McCrory. As a teen, Bill worked with a farmer for room and board until he joined the Navy in January 1944. Upon his return from serving in WWII, he married Cecilia Kamont and together moved to Albany in 1986. They were married for 42. | ||||||||
