Genoa "BigWrench" Dickson, 94, who served in the US Navy during WW II, and who, for the past four years, has stood in many Flag Lines as a member of the PGR, for those who have stood for us. Genoa led a long and full life, and was incredibly talented in designing, building and fabricating nearly anything that needed done. He left the Navy as a Radio Technician 2, (E-5), and prior to enlisting, worked for North American Aviation building B-25 Mitchell Bombers. He leaves behind a large extended family, more friends than can be counted, and his PGR family as well. One of his favorite sayings was "The only person I haven't made friends with is the one I have yet to meet" |
